❌ Don’t stretch or pull the area (no heavy lifting)
🧵 Avoid putting tension on stitches — no bursting them open!

Once the wound has healed, you can support the scar’s recovery by gently massaging it with a basic moisturiser. Massage helps soften scar tissue over time.

✨ Scars take around 12 months to fully mature, so be patient — you’ve got time to make a difference.
